Quality

Quality starts in the beginning of a project – it starts with a proper design, which takes respect about the possibilities and limits of carbon fibres.

Quality continues with the design and build of the tooling. Only a high quality tooling can produce a high quality part.

For continuous Quality we design cutter files for every single ply of the part and keep this information on our server.

A ply-book with instructions about overlaps, staggering and details about positioning as well as debulks and curing cycles keeps record about the complete clean-room to autoclave process.

For final machining we keep not only drawings with important dimensions, we have machining jigs prepared to insure similar trimmings and mountings on every component.

Quality Control

All poduction parts are visually and dimensionally checked with FARO CMM to ensure accuracy
Mechanical testing is also completed when necessary
