Supply Chain


Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.



Work with Engineering and the Manufacturing Departments to create estimates for non-recurring costs and part pricing in a timely and cost-sensitive manner.

Composite Design


Produce innovative, intelligent designs for Composite Production, in a timely manner with respect to Project schedules, while optimizing ease of manufacturing, cost, weight, and function.


Finishing Technician

Perform the final trim, finish, bond and assemble of composite components to the highest of quality in accordance of shop orders or drawings. Sand and/or prepare patterns for composite mold making.



Remove composite components from molds. Clean, prepare, assemble, and store molds properly.



Assist Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day department operations/procedures. ERP/MRP system back-up to the Supply Chain Manager.


Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.



Schedule all in-coming work with Production Manager, Production Supervisor and Team Leaders.


Laminate composite components on molds to form specific custom products.

Machine Shop

Technician 2

Trains and works under the supervision of CNC Programmers on machine shop processes.



Purchase parts as needed to meet the production schedule and forecast. Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing and/or additional duties as necessary.

Talent Acquisition Specialist engages cutting edge and latest best practices to engage potential employees and attract new talent to Fibreworks Composites and Composite Factory.



CNC Programmer is needed for multi-axis machine program creation and modification during all phases of production. The Programmer will work in conjunction with Metallic Machining Supervisor to ensure parts meet FWC’s manufacturing standards. The Programmer will monitor quality of first article parts by detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
