Juan Orozco was the first employee of Fibreworks Composites where his knowledge and expertise in Composites has made his growth and input invaluable to our company’s success.
Juan started with us 14 years ago as a Lamination Technician honing his skills and developing techniques. After just a few years in that role Juan was promoted to Lamination Supervisor where he continued to learn and further train new employees and impart his knowledge.
After only two and half years Juan was once again promoted; this time to Production Manager. Juan used his knowledge of Lamination and our production process to build a key team of people many of whom still work here today.
After just under 8 years in that role Juan was again promoted into the role he serves today as Profitability Manager. Under this role Juan completed his journey from entry level lamination to the highest level of management.

While at university she was the first female technical design lead on her college’s Formula SAE team. After graduation, she worked with a semi-trailer manufacturer following trailers through the manufacturing process from design to quality control.
She moved to Mooresville, North Carolina in 2020 to continue her career in design and manufacturing with Fibreworks Composites as a Junior Composite Design Engineer. In 2022, she was promoted to Composite Design Engineer and began taking more of a leadership role in the projects she works on.
